Independent engineer
Scroll downVarious monitoring mechanisms have been set out to ensure that Signature on the Saint Lawrence delivers the project in compliance with stipulated performance criteria. This includes an independent engineer, whose mandate involves:
- Monitoring all work for the purpose of compliance with the Partnership Agreement;
- Signing the required attestations; and
- Examining, at various stages, the design documents, supervision plans and the management and quality control system provided by Signature on the Saint Lawrence.
The Stantec and Ramboll consortium was selected by Signature on the Saint Lawrence and the Government of Canada to fulfil this mandate.
