Slight drop in water pressure on Nuns’ Island on Thursday, April 28, 2016, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

As part of the work on the new Champlain Bridge, the City of Montréal will be conducting shutoff tests on the 500 mm water main supplying Nuns’ Island on Thursday, April 28, 2016, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. These tests will cause a slight, temporary drop in water pressure for all Nuns’ Island residents and most likely result in murky water.

If the water is murky in your home, let your tap run for a moment until the water turns clear. Please note that murky water does not pose any health risk.
