As part of the construction of the New Champlain Bridge Corridor Project, Signature on the Saint Lawrence wishes to inform cyclists of the restricted access to the bike path at the ÎledesSœurs Bridge’s exit.

Specifically, starting Wednesday, October 10 (6:00 a.m.) until Monday, October 15 (5:00 a.m.)*, a temporary stairway will be set up at the start of the bridge’s bike path in the Île-des-Sœurs sector. The stairway will feature a ramp to help cyclists carry their bikes as they move from the bridge’s bike path to the one on Île-des-Sœurs.

This closure will enable our teams to finish relocating the new Île-des-Sœurs Bridge’s southbound section, the new Exit 57-S off-ramp on Hwy-15 South, as well as the bike path.
