Pedestrian shuttle available on René-Lévesque Blvd. from June 4 to 7, 2019, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Signature on the Saint Lawrence would like to inform users that there will be a shuttle available for pedestrians travelling between Pointe-Nord and Pointe-Sud to mitigate the impact of the pedestrian walkway closure on René-Lévesque Blvd. The shuttle will be available during Hydro-Quebec’s work to provide power to the Champlain Bridge, which will take place from Tuesday, June 4 to Friday, June 7, 2019.

The shuttle will be available during the construction period, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Outside these hours, the pedestrian walkway will be accessible.

There will be two stops, near the closed sidewalk on René-Lévesque Blvd, on either side of the existing Champlain Bridge. One stop will be close to the fire station on the Pointe-Sud side, whereas the other stop will be right after the new Champlain Bridge worksite, on the Pointe-Nord side. There will be a sign to make the stops easy to find.
